Hanchalar brand takes its name from a village with a historical past in the Çal district of Denizli province in Turkey's Aegean Region. Erdel Winery, one of the local families of this village, produces quality wines by growing local and foreign grapes under the best conditions in its vineyards for their brands Hanchalar and Vinis. From the wines obtained by the chateau winery method; Hanchalar Öküzgözü-Syrah received the Silver award with 91 points at the International Wine Challenge 2018, while Hanchalar Chardonnay is chosen Commended Wine in the same competition.
